The unique system cleans in a single-pass by combining brush-action agitation with dry-steam cleaning and vacuumated extraction. It is suitable for cleaning and sterilising most installations, including solid, modular and wire belts. It works on the conveyor structure and has the flexibility to operate using either a fixed or portable steam boiler and vacuum extraction unit. Cleaning can take place over product changeover, downtime periods, or by locating the units beneath the belt, during in line production.
