The SteamBrush conveyor belt cleaner achieves new levels of hygiene and maintains product integrity. The unique system cleans in a single-pass by combining brush-action agitation with dry-steam cleaning and vacuumated extraction. It is suitable for cleaning and sterilising most installations, including solid, modular and wire belts. It works on the conveyor structure and has the flexibility to operate using either a fixed or portable steam boiler and vacuum extraction unit. Cleaning can take place over product changeover, downtime periods, or by locating the units beneath the belt, during in line production.

There are four models available - the SteamBrush 300 for cleaning widths up to 300mm; the SteamBrush 600 for cleaning widths between 300 and 600mm; the SteamBrush 900 for cleaning widths between 600 and 900mm; and the SteamBrush 1200 for cleaning widths between 900 and 1200mm.
